The PhitMax Challenge is a 90-Day healthy living contest. Try to base your success off of proven
weight loss principles in "The Absolutely Abominable Abdominal Encyclopedia" or other
sensible regimen. Participants are required to record their progress with before and after photos.
They are also asked to record their inner transformation in a short essay and they are judged on
weight loss and body composition change. Ties are decided by inches lost and consideration of the
participants essay.
In this challenge we encourage everyone to work with their trainer, join a gym or health club or use
the program of their choice. Our desire is not to promote ourselves but to promote healthy habits
and change lives!
